Help on pages block and menu configuraiton!

Hi,

Playing around with pages of IPS beta4, I managed to get working  as a manual html. Then trying to create a block given it an id, next I try to a page using a predefined 2 column template, but can not figured out where I put the include block like done in the old ip content.

Also the old ip content allows you to reassign the order of the menu item, could not find where you can do that?

Any help is appreciated!
