It's possible, but the rules are simple:

IPS is creating topic, where all users [without +Clients] could write.

IPS is giveaway 5 Standard Licenses - First 5 [every 2 posts] posts will get an license for 1 month support and updates free [License rules like paid license, but the support will be available only one month].

Why should non-clients just get rewarded and not allow clients who have been paying money for years not have a chance of winning the competition?
