Automated and Member Moderation

Make controls for a number of users and reports to make a post hidden. Then how many different posts that are reported within a chosen time to suspend/ban.

Also put posts or restrict users if they post duplicate posts multiple times in a chosen amount of time to combat flooding. I've seen it done before and it doesn't have to be the whole post that's the same.
