So just a random idea that came to mind while I'm away tomorrow and Saturday. Implement an "Out of office" automated reply that you can set so there is a way to tell someone your circumstances of not being able to reply.

I'm away with only phone access so if they do PM I'm having to repeat my self to others that send messages that I can't fully do XYZ right now.

Just a thought!
