Posted February 25, 201311 yr I'm was looking for help in the Help Center as I'm very new to useing IP.Download. I find it that there nothing there and well. I do recall something in the pass that there will be improvments in the Help and documentation area to reflect. Also, I recall correctly that there was going to be rewrites and things made better to this system. Now I ask IPS, months later why is there still lack of stuff and a GREAT many items not being publish or made? Where is the support, that is not in tickets. Which don't help all the time and have to wait to do things on replys?

February 25, 201311 yr There is actually some basic documentation for IP.Downloads here: http://community.invisionpower.com/resources/documentation/index.html/_/documentation/administrator-control-panel/download-manager/ Admittedly though, the transfer of our documentation into the Guides area is not complete yet, and much of the documentation needs to be refreshed and updated in the process. It's something on our plate to get sorted out.
