[Feature request] A warning system much more functional

Hi there,

The warning system, with its reasons / actions is a pretty good idea, but it is waaaayyy too simple to be a good moderation tool in a day-to-day use.

I suggest:

• For each reason, a predefined message should be set for the member.
  My moderators are indeed tired of copying and pasting the same messages, each time members are warned for the same reason (ex. : insults).
  

• For each action, more options should be provided, like deleting and masking the messages of the member.
  For instance, when a spam user is warned, I want all of his messages to be deleted.
  

What do you think of that ?
That would be a GREAT help for the moderators.
