In the same way I can prevent users from deleting their posts can I request the option to stop them from deleting attachments?

You can skin out the attachment moderation options in the profile template...

EDIT: Didn't see this was 'feedback'. :thumbsup: Would be good except for when they've reached the quota and have no way to attach anything else... Then you're sacrificing new content for existing content.
