How do I turn this forum account into a client account? I can't find this information anywhere. I've been trying to figure this out for ages (and it didn't seem so crucial before) but now somebody has moved one of my topics into a client only area and I can't access it. If someone could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

If you are a active license holder you should have a client account

So if there are 4 admins on the board, only the one person who actually bought the license can access the client area?

Yes. If you want to give your administrators login to the client area, you can add them as "Alternate contacts" through the client area.

They can ask for support, but cannot download IP.Board, they are restricted.
