Tagging forum topics

On my forum, there are a lot of discussions about motorcycle travels, pictures.. things that join people.
I believe that tagging topics, or photos in topics, just like facebook functionality would be very very useful.

After the tagging has been made, users in the photos/topics should receive an mail.

I repeat.. for me, this functionality would be fantastic..
