There are 2 versions of php and xcache with thread-safe and non thread-safe ... install the version of php in the non thread-safe because it is faster and compatible version of xcache ...

The only problem with this, that does not enable xcache var_size .. but it works perfectly, only to work around that enable memcached and have the system fast.

Just to follow up on my problems :)

Im running Windows 2008 server 64bit now with 8GB RAM, with FastCGI.

I tried to run with Wincache but it was messing up my sites cahce ect.

So I disabled WIncache, and IPB 3.0.5 running fast now :D

Even my old playsite with 2.3.6 runs extremely fast now :)
