While those + and - buttons are nice, many of my users fear that there is a high potential for abuse. Anyone can rate anyone negative just because he/she does not like him/her.
My users suggested to replace the +/- buttons with a 'Thank you' button.

What do you think?

You can disable negative rep so it's only positive and you're basically done.

Could change the button if you really wanted to. It's a replacement tag, so it would be simple to replace with "Thank you" if you're so inclined.
