Is there anyone out there who specialise in improving forums and servers, mines really slow on my dedicated setup using IPB3 at certain times... What sort of cost does it entail?

What's your webhosting company, and what package do you have from them? If you're on a shared hosting package, it sounds like your host is putting way too many customers on a single server. If you're on a dedicated server, you may want to look into tweaking your server's settings for how long the clients should cache certain static files and check your upload speed.

Its a dedicated server... How can I check my cache time? Also the upload speed?
