Posted October 23, 200915 yr Either starting a new ticket or an Invision update to a ticket has not produced any email notifications in the last two days. A new ticket today which I created successfully and a reply to a previous ticket by Invision yesterday produced no email notifications.
October 23, 200915 yr I also noticed this. It's been like this since at least October 10th. I wish they would reactivate it as it helps me respond faster when a response on my part is needed.
October 23, 200915 yr Author You are correct. The ticket I opened this AM was replied to (and fixed) in less than an hour. Good thing I was checking each hour.

October 23, 200915 yr Management Sorry for the delay. The exchange server and client area/admin system decided they had enough of each other. :) All should be well now, but please note if you have any further issues.
