Just a few moment's ago, I made a renewal payment of $25.00 via paypal (Screenshot available on request). I am still not able to download anything, etc.

Is there anything going on? I tried also to submit a ticket, yet it just logs me out.

They still fraud check it if I'm not mistaken. You'll have to wait until it's been checked.

Anyways, you're better off emailing the sales or accounts guys than asking in public - they generally won't talk about anything account specific here (naturally).

You have to give IPS 24-48 hours for your payment to clear as well as for them to do a fraud check. Each payment is, more than likely, manually checked ...
