content categorization: "none"

HEllo,

I am very new to the setting up a website idea and have run into a few problems. I was hoping someone wouldn't mind taking the time to help me through this frustrating confusion.

1. I had a friend of mine test my link and forum link from work and it would not let him access it because of this message--> content categorization: "none" How do I fix this?

2. Even though my site is not done I have noticed that it doesn't even show up on any search engines. Is this something that I have to pay for also? Is there a main service that places my link on all the search engines?


I have more questions but I want to try and figure them out some more myself. It's just that these two need immediate attention and I have exhausted myself trying to figure it out. Thank you.
