EDAInsight Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 I want to renew my Invision Power product, and I find there is a expired invoices in my client area. Can I pay for this expired invoices to renew? or, I must request a new renewal invoices? THX.
No Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 You can pay the expired invoice I do believe. I just paid my expired invoice and it renewed :)
Alex Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 It depends, if the expired license is referred to as a 'Standard License', then yes you can renew at $25, however if its classed as a 'Yearly License', you will have to buy a new one, as Yearly licenses are no longer available. If you are a perpetual owner, its also fine to renew at $30 a year (I believe).
Management Charles Posted June 9, 2008 Management Posted June 9, 2008 Your best bet is to email accounts@invisionpower.com so we can have a look at your specific account and let you know for sure :)
