  1. We also have issues with notification emails being marked as spam. Our troubles also started about December 14. So much so that our host, SiteGround, shut off our email service. The SPF/DKIM was already setup on our server.
  2. Now it works with our custom theme. So I have no idea what was going on this morning. 🤔
  3. I disabled all Firefox extensions. We don't have any third party extensions, just a modified theme. I attempted to change the theme back to the default theme but the system keeps changing back to our custom theme.
  4. I turned off Enhanced tracking protection for our site. I am still unable to upload attachments. I am using version 94.0.1 of Firefox.
  5. I've tested with a 4 kb gif file, a 185 kb jpg, and a 4.3 MB jpg. Chrome uploads them all without fail. Firefox looks like it is trying to upload but it eventually gives the -200 error.
  6. Yes the same image was used in both browsers.
  7. We updated to 4.6.8 yesterday and we noticed that when Firefox is used, the user cannot upload attachments. The user gets an Error code: -200. When the same user user changes to using Chrome on the same device, they can upload without issue. Any advice to correct this would be greatly appreciated.
  8. Thanks for the information. I suspected it was memory related but could not find anything that definitively said so.
  9. A member of my community has a Samsung S10 and gets a -200 message when he tries to upload a photo. I have not been able to find any documentation that details what this message means. We are using S3 to store the images. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
