I see nothing in my spam folders.

I took over management of the sites in our organization and I see where DNS is managed at an invision DNS server. I have some very urgent DNS entries I need added. I don't see anywhere to do that, and I've seen messages in the forum indicating that we have to request that. I believe I've submitted a proper support request from the proper email, but it has been several days, and I still have not received a response. And I have even sent a follow up and have not received a response. Is there anyone who might see this that can look at my ticket?

Sorry for the dumb question, but where is that option? I have their group permission set to where they can see the forums, is there another area for the actual site? I may have gotten there clicking around, but can't remember where it is if I did!

I am currently building two forums, and I want them to basically show the forum on the homepage, but a guest can't click through until they register and subscribe. One site is thebarnauburn.com and it is functioning how I want it to. But the other is covercrimson.com and it just redirects to a login page when I go to the main domain. How can I get the Cover Crimson site to ultimately show the same thing (the forums, a sidebar, etc. but then when I click through it gives a "you don't have permission" page).
