  2. Okay, I understand your point, but how can I solve it? I have another forum running on the same server with the same PHP version and configuration, and it wasn’t giving any errors. However, this forum is showing a 'can't log in' error. I’ve tried multiple database backups, but the issue still persists. My point is, if this were a server-side issue, why is the other forum working fine? We have over 100 websites hosted on this server, and everything else is running flawlessly. I’m here to figure out and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please let me know if you can help.

  5. Hello IPS Support & Community, I am experiencing a critical issue with my Invision Community IPS Forum installed on my domain tfx.reviews . Issue: Cannot Access Admin Panel or Use ForumWhen I try to log into the Admin Panel, I get the following error message: Sorry, there is a problem. Something went wrong. Please try again. Error Code: EX1364 The forum was working fine before, and this issue appeared suddenly. I cannot update, manage, or use the forum due to this error. What I Have Tried:Checked server logs and error messages but could not pinpoint the exact cause. Attempted common troubleshooting steps like clearing the cache and restarting MySQL/PHP. Verified that my server and database are running properly. What I Need Help With:How to fix EX1364 error and regain access to the Admin Panel? What could have caused this issue? There were no recent major changes to the server. Are there any manual fixes in the database or files that I can apply to resolve this? Server Details: OS: Ubuntu 22.04 Database: MySQL Forum Version: Latest IPS Community Suite Hosting: Dedicated Server Cpanel Web Panel This issue is impacting my community, so I would appreciate any insights or solutions.
