On our live site, we're on PHP7 and we want to do a dry run on our test to resolve any unforeseen issues which needs PHP8. So we need to have both PHP 7 for our live site until we've done all testing on our test site with PHP8

We have a bunch of issues (see attached) that we've haven't taken care and would need your help with. We're trying to document the process to do the upgrade ourselves in the future.
