Minor UI bugs (unread content)

1) double border on top of settings tiles

2) missing border at bottom of settings tiles

3) all these settings dont have headers in each popup (because its above in a highlighted tile probably), only Content Types has one 🤔

4) after clicking on a cog icon in Content Types, theres some huge padding 🤔

5) apply changes button doesnt have top margin

6) on small screens in this popup some border appears bellow 🤔

    7) in options menu when you click on Set as your default stream, it wont change the text to Remove as default stream until reload, but when you click on Remove as default stream later, it will remove this item completely until next reload (only border is left there). I think this should only change the text on click 🤔
