Minor UI bugs (inbox)

1) If you click on a cog button, Disable my messenger and Compose New buttons shift 🤔

2) Add folder dialog in messenger ui doesnt have correct design (too big padding around input, bottom without ipsSubmitRow class).

3) This pm headline text should be white after selection for better readibility i guess 🤔
