Is there a query I can run to add the missing part of the database?

 

Its just a manual upgrade you would perform. You can see more about this here

    Try refreshing the license data in the admin CP. If that doesnt work, please update the login details in your client area, so I can get in and take a look

    Sorry, Marc. If there's no option to refresh the licence data. Are there any steps I can take?
