When entering the forum, the text goes beyond the frame

When translating the text, it says it's saved, but after refreshing the page, it goes back to its original place.

After refreshing the page, the forum cache also updated.

 

Thats because the text you are translating there appears to be present twice in the 3rd party application you are using. You would need to contact the author of that application to address the issue on that one.
