Profile about me tab

Hi,

How can I add custom fields to the “About Me” tab in the user profile? I want to include custom fields for Personal Information directly within the “About Me” tab, rather than displaying them in a widget. Any suggestions?

That would require customisation, as you are looking there to add fields within another field (about me is an editor field)

I mean in the tab section, either under the "About Me" field or right before it.

Yes, in the About Me tab (i want to hook or add custom fields).

As mentioned in my previous post, the tab itself is a field. Its an editor field. So you would need customisation, as you are wanting to add a field within another field
