Hello, on my website when attempting to login, it asks for "display name or email address" despite only email addresses being able to work. Is there a way to edit out the Display Name portion? I have already set the login in the admin cp to only allow email address login. 

You most likely have multiple login methods… for example do you also have a converter installed?  Check those other methods if you could.
