RSS import fetch interval option and set default image if not fetched option

Two feature option suggestions for RSS feed import:

1. Ability to set the fetch interval for individual feeds.

2. Ability to set default feature image that can be used if a featured image is not fetched.

The image shows the cron job that is set for all RSS imports by default. At that rate 1,000 feeds can be imported in one day.

Actually, at a fetch rate of 15 minutes, 100 feeds can be imported, but if you have multiple feeds like I do, 1,000 feeds can be imported in one day.
