User Ability to Manage Blocks/Pages Based on Permissions

Hi Devs,

If possible, I would like to have the ability based on permissions to have users/groups to manage blocks/pages. Not sure exactly but perhaps based on permissions, selected ones would only see blocks/pages assigned to them and those are the parameters they would be able to edit etc 🤔.
