Hello - My organization is considering launching our community on the Invision Community platform. We'd love to speak with a few SaaS organizations that have similarly launched their community on Invision to hear what the experience has been like. There are a few key takeaways we would like to learn about.

1. What has your experience been like so far? What works well? What doesn't? What should you have done differently?

2. What did you require internally to launch and support the community? Everything from technical to commercial and social. 

3. For those of you who have paid for Invision Community services (i.e. training, support, etc), how was it working with their team? Have the response times been reasonable?
