How to retrieve an image in the last post of a topic

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way to access or retrieve the embedded image attached in the last post of a topic.

Similar to the getNewComment function that can be added to a topic's URL.

Website.com/topic/topic_name?do=getNewComment
