Website Tab Modification

Hey all, looking for a plugin to allow "Forums" to be removed from the tab, for websites that have the forum as their main page.

For example my page is TranspoChat.com and at the home page it shows "Forum - TranspoChat)

Hey Miss_B, appreciate your time. This seems to only remove the "Forums" above the top category, doesn't seem to remove forums from the tab on chrome. Open to all suggestions if im missing something!
