Is there any option to change address bar of forums? At the moment it´s http://forum.sv.net.ee/index.php?/topic/98-нереализованные-возможности-старой-игры-в-введеном-функционале/#comment-379  would like to have http://forum.sv.net.ee/index.php?/topic/9832323232 or something like that instead of full title of topic. Read manuals but didn´t find anything.

You should be able to do that by editing the Friendly URLs in your AdminCP. (Settings > Advanced Configuration > Friendly URLs)

Alternatively, you can rewrite the URLs in your Apache or Nginx configuration.

ACP - System - Site Promotion - Search Engine Optimization 

Uncheck Enable Friendly URLs.
