Does anyone know a plugin (or could someone make such a plugin?) that allows to create a list of defined responses for team (private messages)?

 

Answers - drop-down list. After clicking on the appropriate option, the answer will be loaded and we can send it.

I don't see need for this.

Every member can create their own replies; you don't need to create hundreds for everyone.

In my case, I want to create defined responses so that each team meber uses professional responses, so I want to define a large amount of responses (30-40+).

Sorry, the resource doesn't fit your needs then.

Could you make categories for an additional fee? I believe that this is not a big change, and I need it very much.

I purchased a plugin. Is there a thread where I can write suggestions? For example: it would be nice to make sort the defined messages in a list.
