I just purchased this as it is something I need to do. 
I need a custom field that I have added to our sign up form, if entered, to put people into a member group
I have paid for it and downloaded it but can't find how I make this work. 
Please help

Have you added or edited the custom field that you want to change the member group with? That's where the actual group settings will be displayed.

Yes, I have gone into where I have the custom fields, I have edited them and there are no new options

I have your plugin installed:

 

but when I go into my custom field, there's nowhere for me to denote the registration behavior. 

I want to be able to say - if custom field is filled out then put this person into this member group

Is that what this plugin should do?

I already replied to your PM before I saw this. But just to confirm, at the very bottom your not seeing anything like this? Can you please try uninstalling and re-installing the plugin again. Also what version of IPS and I'll check but last update this was working fine.

Yes that's correct, filling in a specific custom field will trigger the group change.
