I'd like someone to make me a tooltip insert similar to how youtube and media resources work where you can link to a page and it will pull it down

How it would work.
You would link: IE: https://www.wowhead.com/item=16693 or https://classic.wowhead.com/item=16693

If possible I would like it to pull the name from the referring website. 


Example of output:

<a href="http://www.wowhead.com/item=16693">[Devout Crown]</a>

or

<a href="http://classic.wowhead.com/item=16693">[Devout Crown]</a>

Basing it on the sub domain it comes from


What I'm offering:

That being said I would be fine with you making it a plugin and reselling it aswell.
