Donation Meter doesn't move

I figured I'd resort to here as the plugin-creator hasn't responded nor read my inboxed messages in 6 days now but has posted all over the IPS Forums.

I bought a donation plug-in that came with a meter that is supposed to move when a donation has came in, our donation goal was set to $200 and has had over 75$+ in donations but the meter doesn't move and it still says 0$ of 200$. The good news is the donation system works and updates the recent donors, all-time, and monthly, but the meter itself does not move upon donation.

Does anyone have any idea why this may be? Our site is down below if you want to investigate.
