How do I get relative time?

Hello all,

It appears the current version of IP.Board has semi-relative time (19 hours ago, 5 minutes ago, 43 seconds ago) but then once the post reaches 24hrs, I see yesterday at 03:31 PM. I want that to say yesterday.

If posted 2 days ago, I want 2 days ago

If posted 2 months ago, I want 2 months ago

Catching my drift? Is this possible? I can't seem to find any plugins that accomplish this.
