Making Club Custom Field Appear as Column in AdminCP?

Hello all,

I am curious about how I can get a custom field that I have created to appear as a column in the Clubs section of AdminCP. I would like to be able to sort by that value or at least quickly see how many of each club "type" I have at any given time. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
