Additional title options?!?

Hi,

I'm after a way to have a drop down menu with options to choose from, in the title before you post. 

For example, in a classifieds section on the forum, instead of having two separate forums for wanted/for sale, you have one and you choose which, either for sale/ wanted from a menu in the title and it shows up in post. 

if you get me, I've seen this done on other platforms but never achieved it on IPB.

any ideas?!
