hook after page is loaded

Is there a code hook that runs after IPS has finished loading but before any headers are sent?

What exactly you want to do?

Basically, every time a page is refreshed, I need to check if a user is logged in, and if they are, I can decide whether to log them in to an external service or not.

You can hook into \IPS\Displatcher\Front::finish().
