recalculate size on uploaded images

On our forum we forgot to force image sizes.

This resulted in lots of images with huge sizes, up to 22mb. This in turn led to almost full storage on our server and users quota being filled.

I resized all images on the server using ImageMagick mogrify option and greatly reduced used disk space on server.

However when listing attachment's under Overview > Files the attached images listed there do not correspond to file size on server, thus not changing quota for users.

Im am told by IPS support that this cannot be remedied and would like an option in AdminCP to re-index/re-calculate files.
