The staff directory will only allow me to add a member once. Whats up with that? I need to create multiple groups with members in each group. 

For example, we have a marketing team and a graphics team. Well, one of our members is on both teams. How do I add him to both?

have them on both groups, then do group display for the separate categories. 

I have a few users who are part of the Cinema and TTT Teams.
