Adding overlays to Members map.

Hi all, 

I have finally found someone who has created a tile layer of the UK Airspace. 

My simple (I hope) question is this: How do I add it to the list of available overlays in the admin CP? I can see the 'available overlays' and want to add mine in to that list.
