I've reset the API key/secret several times on Twitter and still having no luck. Any reason why this could be happening?

Nevermind, turns out I had to set up a callback URL on the Twitter application. This wasn't mentioned in the guide.

Mind sharing what the callback URL was that we need to put in the twitter application?

Because https://mywebsite.com/forum/applications/core/interface/twitter/auth.php doesn't work.
