Automatically Follow Content on by default

Is there a plugin, or would anyone be interested in developing a plugin, that sets "Automatically Follow Content" as turned ON by default for new users?

Thanks @Adriano Faria, have seen this, but i am actually looking for something that sets the "Automatically Follow Content" toggles / switches when a new member signs up (see photo taken from a users Notification Settings)
