Problem with portal

Hello,

I downloaded and added this plugin to my forum: https://community.invisionpower.com/files/file/7330-portal/

I made a new block for my portal named Play Osaka:

But the name still shows up as example block (HTML), yet it uses the code from my play Osaka block.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
