Having never used IP.Content/Pages before, I hope someone can answer this question: I see that there's an option to cache blocks... but there's no information on just how long the cache lasts, or if there's any way to change that figure on a per-block basis. Does anyone know how long the cache lasts, and if the length of time can be changed?

Nevermind, stumbled across the fact that Advanced Configuration has a place to set the length of time for which something is cached. Default is 300 seconds, which works just fine for me.
