RC5 Is there an easy way to 'mark site as read' for all members?

I want to make it so that after the final upgrade all members will have the forums displayed with everything read ie no big bullets next to topics

That way as soon as the forums get opened after the upgrade they will be able to see the new topics more easily

Would there be a easy way to do this?

Or would there be an easier way to do this in the database directly?
