Change forum folder

My forum is installed in a folder and i would like to move it to another folder. 

How can i do that ?

Unlike the previous versions, this is not a simple process in 4.0. 

Four options, ordered by reliability:

1. Restore the previous version of the site in the folder you want and upgrade it again.

2. Wait for a (near) future tool.

3. Submit a ticket.

4. Do it yourself. I can show you how.

The first is, I believe, the only option that can ensure a "full" functionality of your site.
