First naming it photo is a not an good idea as one would think it be a gallery image. A avatar is a small image it be something or real life of a photo or something else that a person would use for the community to see that it is them.

On to the main topic - Having a small photo/avatar repository would allow user to have more than one photo/avatar they can choose from that is already uploaded to the community for them to use and not have to keep uploading other photo/avatar. Also this would allow IPS to bring back the stock photo/avatar for users to use and the allow the Admins of the communities to upload stock ones.

I also think it would be great, each user having their avatar repository (a limit may be placed)

And it be not part of the gallery system. If not can something like this be made part of the IPS 4.0 Framework as a mod?
